HRM619 Project Report on Job satisfaction of Employees 2014

Main focus of most organizations today is on training and recruitment practices. Training practices are important for employees as they learn new skills, attitude and technical knowledge to perform their jobs more efficiently. Recruitment process has grave importance in any organization because they want to hire the best staff. It is responsibility of HRM to provide improved training practices and an efficient recruitment process. The study aims to improve training and recruitment practices in the organization.
To conduct this study primary and secondary data was used. Primary data was collected with the help of questionnaires. HRM619 Prepared questionnaires were distributed among employees, the responses were measured using Likert Scale. Secondary data was collected from newspapers, websites, research papers and articles based on training and recruitment. For data analysis in this study on training, recruitment and their relationship with job satisfaction mean test and correlation techniques have been used.
According to HRM619 mean test and correlation results mean test value from majority of employees indicates that most of the respondents have chosen agree option for current training practices in selected organization. For recruitment and selection practices most of the respondents were found to be agree with current recruitment practices. The mean values also points towards a high level of job satisfaction due to good training practices. The correlation analysis of training, recruitment and job satisfaction shows that there is a strong relationship between training practices, recruitment and selection practices and the overall job satisfaction.

On the base on above table, the value 4.465178571 is representing that most of the employees of Soneri Bank have selected agree option it mean they are also satisfied with the current training system of Soneri bank. Whereas you can see, the identified mean value of recruitment and selection is 4.508928571 which is also showing that majority of employees of Soneri Bank have selected strongly Agree option, it mean they are also satisfied with the recruitment and selection system of Soneri bank. Hence study has recorded that there is very strong and effective training and recruitment and selection system and employees of Soneri bank are satisfied with present system.
